About The Role
We are seeking a Product Manager to lead our Subscription Business Unit, owning the roadmap for advertiser dashboard modernization and driving subscription revenue growth. In this role, you will collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver impactful features, translate business needs into clear product requirements, and craft compelling product narratives that inspire stakeholders and customers. This position is ideal for someone who combines analytical rigor with strong storytelling skills, ensuring our products not only perform but resonate with the people who use them.
What you’ll do
- Own the Subscription BU roadmap, focusing on advertiser dashboard modernization and subscription revenue growth.
- Translate business priorities into clear product requirements, user stories, and backlog items.
- Partner with Engineering, Design, and Data teams to deliver features that improve advertiser adoption and retention.
- Conduct internal discovery with Account Managers, Sales, and Support to validate advertiser pain points.
- Define and track KPIs (subscription revenue, advertiser adoption, dashboard usage).
- Prioritize initiatives using frameworks like RICE scoring, balancing impact vs effort across shared Technology resources.
- Present roadmap updates and progress to leadership, ensuring transparency and stakeholder buy‑in.
- Craft compelling product narratives that connect features to business outcomes, helping stakeholders and customers understand the “why” behind each initiative
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in Product Management or related roles (e.g., Business Analyst, Product Owner).
- Strong understanding of B2B SaaS products, dashboards, or subscription models.
- Experience working with cross‑functional teams (Engineering, Design, Data, Sales, Account Management).
- Ability to translate complex business needs into actionable product requirements.
- Familiarity with prioritization frameworks (RICE, MoSCoW) and agile delivery practices.
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management and leadership alignment.
- Comfortable working in a shared service model, balancing multiple BU priorities.
