We are looking for a Head of Acquisitions to provide leadership across regional teams, and working cross-functionally to grow our user base of Partners. You will be responsible to set the strategy and manage the recruitment of key strategic Partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Create, plan and execute recruitment strategies for lead generation and onboarding of key Partners
  • Identify business and strategic partnership opportunities with key Partners and potentially develop new segments of strategic Partners
  • Build and train a team of acquisition specialists across multiple regions
  • Collaborate with regional Marketing team to ensure healthy growth of Partner signups and develop essential campaigns for Partner recruitment
  • Collaborate with regional Partner Growth team to align on recruitment verticals and directions
  • Set up monitoring capabilities to accurately track the performance of recruited Partners in order to effectively validate and re-strategize recruitment effectiveness against revenue targets

Requirements:

  • You have 5-10 years’ leadership experience in acquisition, sales, business development or account management
  • Excellent team building and team management skills
  • Ability to identify and develop a strong leads pipeline for key strategic Partners, and measure outcomes via business data and metrics
  • Strong client management experience acumen, negotiation and communication skills, both with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proven ability in developing and closing complex partnerships/sales opportunities
  • Understanding of regional ecommerce marketing landscape and consumer trends
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree or Master degree in Business, E-commerce or equivalent
