Job description

  1. Manage and build out a strong team to cover all aspects of a country’s operations from human resources, sales, partnerships, operations and finance
  2. Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at senior management levels
  3. Conduct intensive market research to understand the SWOTs and adapt a strategy for the company to carve out significant market share based on the opportunity
  4. Develop comprehensive monthly, quarterly and annual management reporting to ensure efficient allocation of resources
  5. Provide mentorship and guidance for local teams with the goal of developing a world class team
  6. Represent local perspective and needs to the regional teams


  1. Education – Min. Bachelors Degree, MBA preferred
  2. Experience – Min. 10 years in a management role in a technology or digital advertising related company or a management consultant role
  3. Analytical mind with ability to carve out markets by molding product to suit local customs and needs
  4. Strong focus on performance and data-driven decision making
  5. Strong understanding of digital advertising concepts such as tracking and attribution, ROAS, brand safety and agency relationships
  6. Strong network in the digital advertising space
