About the Role

We are seeking a versatile and results-driven Product Marketing & Campaign Services Lead to join our dynamic team. This hybrid role combines strategic product marketing, hands-on offer management for campaign services, and performance marketing across digital and social platforms. You will play a pivotal role in shaping product narratives, managing advertiser and publisher campaigns, and driving customer acquisition and engagement through performance marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Product Marketing (30%)

  • Develop Product Positioning & Messaging: Craft compelling value propositions and messaging that resonate with target audiences and differentiate our products in the market.

  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Lead the planning and execution of go-to-market strategies for new products and features, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

  • Market & Customer Research: Conduct thorough market analysis and customer research to inform product development and marketing strategies.

  • Sales Enablement: Create sales tools and collateral, including presentations, one-pagers, and FAQs, to support the sales team in effectively communicating product value.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, sales, and customer success teams to ensure cohesive messaging and positioning across all touchpoints.



Campaign Services – Offer Management (40%)

  • Campaign Planning & Execution: Manage end-to-end campaign processes for advertisers and publishers, including planning, execution, monitoring, and optimization.

  • Offer Management: Collaborate closely with advertisers and publishers’ team, ensuring campaign offers are aligned with Involve business goals.


  • Performance Analysis: Monitor campaign performance metrics, provide insights, and recommend improvements to enhance effectiveness.

  • Coordination with Internal Teams: Collaborate with creative, content, and technical teams to ensure timely delivery of campaign assets and adherence to best practices.

Performance Marketing & Social Media (30%)

  • Digital Advertising: Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and others to drive qualified leads and conversions.

  • Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

  • Analytics & Reporting: Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and CRM systems to track campaign performance, analyze data, and report on key metrics.

  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Collaborate with design and product teams to optimize landing pages and user journeys for improved conversion rates.

  • Marketing Automation: Manage marketing automation workflows and lead nurturing campaigns to support the sales funnel.

Requirements

  • Experience: 4–7 years in B2B marketing roles, with demonstrated experience in product marketing, campaign management, and performance marketing.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta), analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4), and CRM/automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo).

  • Strategic Thinking: Strong understanding of customer lifecycle, funnel optimization, and lead scoring methodologies.

  • Business Acumen: Ability to understand and navigate complex business scenarios, make informed decisions, and align marketing initiatives with overarching business objectives.

  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and collaborate across teams.

  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

  • Industry Experience: Background in SaaS or technology products and affiliate marketing.

  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with HTML/CSS for basic landing page edits.

  • Testing & Optimization: Experience with A/B testing tools like Optimizely or Google Optimize.
