About the Role

We’re looking for a dynamic and results-driven Product Marketing & Performance Lead to join our growing team. This hybrid role bridges strategic product positioning with tactical lead generation, ensuring our product messaging resonates in-market and directly drives pipeline growth. You’ll craft compelling value propositions, launch go-to-market initiatives, and run data-backed digital campaigns that fuel customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

Product Marketing (40%)

  • Develop and own product positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation and understand 4Ps.
  • Lead go-to-market strategies for new product/features and coordinate cross-functional launches.
  • Conduct market and customer research to refine personas and identify growth opportunities.
  • Build sales enablement content (decks, one-pagers, battlecards, FAQs).
  • Collaborate with product and sales teams to align messaging across touchpoints.

📈 Performance Marketing (60%)

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, etc.) to drive qualified leads.
  • Own landing page strategy and CRO in collaboration with design and product teams.
  • Set up and manage tracking (UTMs, GA4, Meta Pixel, etc.) to measure ROI and attribution.
  • Manage marketing automation workflows and lead nurturing campaigns.
  • Report on campaign performance and growth KPIs with actionable insights.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years experience in B2B marketing with at least 2 years in product marketing and/or performance marketing roles.
  • Strong understanding of customer lifecycle, funnel optimization, and lead scoring.
  • Experience managing digital ad budgets and demand gen campaigns.
  • Skilled in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta, and analytics tools.
  • Excellent writing and storytelling skills with an eye for customer insight.
  • Familiarity with CRM and automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo).
  • Growth mindset with strong ownership and the ability to operate autonomously.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Nice to Have

  • SaaS or tech product experience
  • A/B testing experience using tools like Optimizely or Google Optimize
  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for landing page tweaks
