About the position…

There is no "one size fits all" solution, so your technical knowledge will be tested to find the best one for each business partner. Once you have mastered this ability, you can impress your co-workers with your Jedi mind tricks. 😎

You will also serve as an ambassador for our brand and work with multiple teams to address customer concerns. While experience with any particular technology or programming language is required for this position, you should be comfortable working with HTML, JavaScript, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and open-source eCommerce platforms like WordPress, Shopify and Magento.

Additionally, you will work with various teams to resolve concerns and serve as an ambassador of our brand.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure new clients are successfully on board in a timely manner.
  • Perform and analyze integration tests, locate problems, identify root causes and develop solutions.
  • Communicate technical and performance issues to the clients as well as internal teams.
  • Discover areas for improvement and propose changes to current practices.
  • Handle requests and queries appropriately.


  • Proven track record of success working as a help desk representative.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize daily workload.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proactive and enthusiastic about delivering positive results.
  • A Bachelor of Science in IT, CS, or a related field
  • You can communicate in both languages: Bilingual (English and Malay, Thai & Mandarin will be a plus point)
