About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and self-driven Software Engineer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with prior experience in both frontend and backend development. You should be capable of independent work in a single component and take end-to-end responsibility for projects. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to build and enhance our web applications.
What You’ll Do
- Fullstack Development & Ownership
- Design, build, and maintain web applications across the full stack
- Ability to own mid sized features/ components from design to completion
- Technical Collaboration & Product Delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features
- Troubleshoot and debug technical issues effectively and in a timely manner
- Understands how to deliver business value and collaborate with Products/ Stakeholders to drive business requirements
- Communicates feedback and seek for timely advice from seniors and managers whenever encountering roadblocks
- AI & Tooling Enablement
- Utilize AI tools (e.g., AI-assisted coding platforms) to enhance productivity
- Integrate and suggest tool improvements for team efficiency

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in fullstack development
- Proficiency in React.js, Node.js, Laravel, and PHP
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and modern web architecture
- Experience in building web applications using NextJS
- Experience working with Blade templating engine
- Proactive mindset and eagerness to learn
- Ability to work independently and drive projects forward
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience in utilizing AI tools during development (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Tabnine, Cursor, Claude Code)

- Knowledge of Docker or containerized development environments
- Experience with Flutter development is a plus
