Job description:

  • Build and manage a large pipeline of Partner leads, including B2B leads generation
  • Ability to identify opportunities between Advertisers and Partners and promoting better partnerships between both parties
  • Close new business opportunities to attain or exceed revenue targets
  • Engage and meet Partners through multiple channels of communication
  • Pitch to and assist Partners in signing up on the Involve Asia platform
  • Guide Partners on how to utilize the Involve Asia dashboard to generate tracking links
  • Assist in identifying areas for partnership and optimization of key potential Partners
  • Support ad-hoc request including project management, cross functional collaboration


  • Monitor and analyse metrics in order to recommend optimizations to improve performance
  • Demonstrate the desire to take initiative and think out of the box and learn about the relevant product information Involve Asia
  • Develop exciting strategies to boost your performance and execute them across the board with the team
  • Attending and participating in meetings (if required)
  • Updating Partner pipeline records.
  • Reviewing sales performance against sales targets
  • Identifying potential weaknesses and offering improvement suggestions


  • Min 2 years of sales experience
  • Able to communicate in English
  • You speak your mother tongue language
  • Driven and motivated
