We are looking for a Country Manager in Indonesia to lead our team there.

This is a highly strategic role that requires an individual to have several years of experience in managing senior level partnerships with brand advertisers, media companies, and advertising agencies in Indonesia.

What you need to be or have:

  • A strong account and relationship builder with a proven track record
  • A strong network of brands, agencies, and media companies in Indonesia
  • A strong business acumen in the performance marketing space
  • 10 years of experience in sales or 5 years in managing teams
  • At least 5 years in the ad-industry
  • Deep ad tech and campaign execution understanding
  • A result-driven leader that’s able to inspire and motivate teams
  • Your hunger for success is in overdrive and you settle for nothing less
  • Outstanding negotiation skills
  • A bachelor’s degree in business / economics / finance / or management

What you’ll be responsible for:

1) Planning

  • Take leadership role in formulating and articulating the Company’s vision and mission.
  • Developing and presenting annual business plans based on organizational strategic plan to the Board for approval.
  • Manage the company’s expansion and market share in the country
  • Define and develop local marketing activities for client and partner acquisition.
  • Develop a successful commercial strategy for the country.
  • Driving, managing and implementing the strategic plans set by the board and correlate with annual operating budgets.
  • Develops and monitors strategies for ensuring the long-term financial viability of the organization.
  • Develops future leadership within the organization.

2) Management

  • Promotes a culture that reflects the organization’s values, encourages good performance, and rewards productivity.
  • Represent the company to build partnerships with associations, statutory/regulatory bodies, and business partners/allies.
  • Implement and maintains procedures for implementing plans approved by the board of directors.
  • Coordinate client and partner onboarding.
  • Managing day-to-day operations.
  • Managing the organization’s budget on an ongoing basis.
  • To undertake other duties as may be requested by the Board from time to time.
  • Synthetize weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on progress and development

3) Human resource management

  • Serves as the primary spokesperson and representative for the organization to ensure staffs have sufficient and up-to-date information.
  • Assures that the organization and its mission, programs, and services are consistently presented in a strong, positive image to relevant stakeholders.
  • Participate in and engage with a performance management programme.
