This role is part of our Advertiser team, supporting a portfolio of advertisers in a fast-paced, one-touchpoint model. You will assist in day-to-day account operations, campaign execution, and program optimization, while providing timely support and learning to identify high-potential accounts. The role requires adaptability, curiosity, and a service-oriented mindset to help advertisers achieve their goals and ensure smooth program performance.
Key Responsibilities
1) Advertiser Retention & Relationship Support:
Support the retention of subscription-based advertisers by ensuring their programs are well maintained with publisher promotion, issues are addressed promptly, and service standards meet expectations, contributing to continued subscription renewal.
2) Priority Client Support & Issue Resolution:
Act as the first line of support for advertisers, with dedicated priority support for fee-based subscribers. Handle day-to-day inquiries related to affiliate program setup, tracking, commissions, publisher activity, and regional configurations, escalating issues where appropriate to ensure timely resolution.
3) Campaign Support & Performance Optimization:
Assist in planning, launching, and monitoring affiliate campaigns. Support campaign optimization by following standard best practices, analyzing basic performance metrics, and providing actionable insights under guidance from senior team members.
4) Operational Checks & Execution:
Conduct regular operational checks to ensure affiliate programs are running smoothly, helping to identify setup gaps, tracking limitations, or execution risks and escalating them when required.
5) Publisher Support & Maintenance:
Assist with publisher access management, clean-up activities, and basic governance tasks to maintain program quality and compliance.
6) Product & Platform Knowledge Development:
Build a solid understanding of product offerings, platform capabilities, and tracking limitations to effectively support advertiser needs and internal coordination.
7) Account Prioritization Support:
Help maintain visibility over active and subscribed accounts by following structured processes to identify priority advertisers, potential risks, or support gaps.
