Responsibilities

  • Create, plan and strategize campaign calendar, and feed collected data from campaigns to internal departments for business and product optimisation purposes
  • Build and train a team of campaign specialists to drive key campaign objectives
  • Develop and execute campaigns using mechanics relevant to our user segment
  • Market and communicate campaigns to relevant user segment
  • Ensure campaign performances are accurately tracked and benchmarked against desired objectives and communicated across to the relevant stakeholders in a timely manner
  • Setup relevant tracking capabilities across campaigns to track a user’s journey and which areas can be improved upon

Requirements

  • strong project management skills
  • Meticulous and has exceptional time management skills
  • Comfortable with data - doing analysis, building performance models and able to tie user actions to data points
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills
  • Experienced and shown successful track record in digital marketing, campaign management, or equivalent fields
  • At least 5 years experience in a similar role
