This job requires a person to be eager who love challenges, the task includes identifying business opportunities, and assist publishers, generating leads, setting meetings, making calls or chat with publishers, participating in meetings. - Recruit publishers and close business opportunities with publishers
- Build and manage a large pipeline of publisher leads
- Work closely with marketing manager and team on marketing strategies to get more leads
- Ability to identify opportunities between Advertisers and Publishers and promoting better campaigns between both parties
- Prepare forecasting to publishers when necessary.
- Maintain and manage in-depth understanding the publisher sales pipeline and assist the team when necessary
- Collaborate with publisher account manager team to streamline onboarding new partners.
- Assist in monitoring the performance of the sales team
- Identifying opportunities and strategies to achieve targets
- Monitor and analyse metrics in order to recommend optimizations to improve performance
- Demonstrate the desire to take initiative and think out of the box and learn about the relevant product information Involve Asia
- Develop exciting strategies to boost your performance and execute them across the board with the team
- Attending and participating in meetings (if required)
- Updating publisher pipeline records.
- Reviewing sales performance against sales targets
- Identifying potential weaknesses and offering improvement suggestions
- Able to communicate in English
