Roles & Responsibilities

  • Deliver excellent customer service to clients & partners. This may be extended to other channels (email, & social media) based on your skills.
  • Providing accurate information on products and services provided by Involve Asia to clients & partners
  • Consistently meeting individual and team KPIS and goals
  • Maintaining high degree of integrity and confidentiality – always keeping clients & partners information confidential.
  • Handling Zendesk ticketing and Zendesk Support tool
  • Able to work 9.30AM–6.30PM / Friday–Tuesday (Off days Wed & Thu)

Job Requirements

- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Able to read and write Bahasa Malaysia, Thai or Indonesian as a second language is a plus
- Preferable to have minimum 1 year experience in handling Zendesk ticketing system.
- Fast learner with good analytical thinking and problem solving skills
- Most importantly, a genuine interest and willingness to assist and solve clients & partners’ problems.
