We are looking for an aggressive and energetic new team member to join us as a Partnership Director. You will be the key person to drive initiatives for APAC expansion and network growth, besides managing the APAC Publisher team.

Our requirements are pretty simple :

Customer Success :-
✓ Build strategic partnerships with key partners from Directors up to C-Level
✓ Manage Publisher expectations to foster long-term partnerships and maintain high retention rates
✓ Drive Account performance, especially client satisfaction and revenues
✓ Mentor, coach and lead a multi-lingual team in order to help them grow their accounts and grow professionally
✓ Fully comprehend the technology, revenue ecosystem and client needs/requirements in order to identify new opportunities intelligently

Business development :-
✓ Oversee all Publisher operations including taking responsibility for sales, business development and roadshows
✓ Close business with both publishers and key technology partners. Manage pipeline and forecasts
✓ Strategy development - build strategic partnerships with Publishers
✓ Have an excellent understanding of affiliate marketing, digital advertising technology and publisher revenue ecosystem to be able to explain Involve Asia platform benefits within this context
✓ Build, lead, manage and motivate the sales team to effectively recruit quality publisher
