Job Description

● Measure, collect & analyze traffic on our digital platforms

● Determine most important KPIs to track

● Define & implement tracking concepts via GTM (google tag manager)

● Conduct business & market research based on collected data

● Plan & carry out A/B tests & multivariate tests

● Gain customer insights & user intelligence

● Collaborate with sales, marketing & operations teams

● Work with product team to improve our digital products

● Prepare management reports & presentations

Requirements & Qualifications

● Strong quantitative analytical skills

● Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams

● Customer-centric thinking ● Sense of ownership, accuracy and attention to detail

● Pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success

● Mathematical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills

● Good time-management skills

● Team player with great interpersonal and communication skills

● Preferably experience in web analytics, online commerce, or related fields

● Preferably knowledge of web analytics tools such as Adobe Omniture, Sitecatalyst, Google Analytics

● Preferably knowledge of A/B testing tools such as Adobe Target, Google Optimize, Optimizely, Nelio A/B Testing

● BONUS: Skills in SQL and Python or R programming language.
