We are looking for a pro-active enthusiast who can help us in operation matters as well as handling after sales admin task in the day-to-day e-commerce operations.

  • You are responsible for full range of daily operation task such as transaction validation, tracking and reporting of operational performance of the team on regular basis.
  • You are responsible to send daily report to the Operation Team Lead at the Headquarters on regular basis.
  • You are responsible to email and follow up with our Advertisers on the validation and payment status and issues.
  • You are responsible for creating invoices, prepare billing notes, tax receipts and other relevant documents to our advertisers
  • You will actively send out the email reminders to our advertisers on outstanding validation matters.
  • You are responsible to maintain financial documents in a proper traceable manner.
  • You will work closely with advertisers and our Business Development Teams on collection
  • You will support all the postal matters for the company with the teams in delivering to the processes if required.
  • You will assist in other ad-hoc tasks as when it is required by the superior

We need you if:-

  • You have at least 1 year of experience in related field
  • You are independent in executing your work, a good communicator to internal and external stakeholders
  • You can communicate in both languages : Bilingual (English, Thai)
  • You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)

* Remuneration package will be commensurate with your working experience.
