Responsibilities

  • Develop strong relationships with key client stakeholders and senior management level
  • Manage, train and grow a team of sales professionals
  • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline
  • Develop marketing campaigns in conjunction with marketing teams to drive high quality leads for the sales team to operate on
  • Market research to understand the difference in product offerings available to clients and to develop strategies to reduce any gaps in value offered to clients
  • Attend and provide industry specific talks at conferences and trade shows

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree
  • Min. 10 years experience in Digital Advertising, Advertising Solutions or Media Agency space in a sales capacity
  • Experience managing and overseeing regional sales operations
  • Experience in developing forecasting models and conducting market research to develop relevant product-market fit for the company’s product and services
  • Strong understanding of digital tracking and attribution, measuring and growing ROAS, brand safety practices as well as media buying
