Job Description - Web Analyst

  • Measure, collect & analyze traffic on our digital platforms
  • Determine most important KPIs to track
  • Define & implement tracking concepts via GTM (google tag manager)
  • Conduct business & market research based on collected data
  • Plan & carry out A/B tests & multivariate tests
  • Gain customer insights & user intelligence
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing & operations teams
  • Work with product team to improve our digital products
  • Prepare management reports & presentations

  • Preferably knowledge of web analytics tools such as Adobe Omniture, Sitecatalyst, Google Analytics
  • Preferably knowledge of A/B testing tools such as Adobe Target, Google Optimize, Optimizely, Nelio A/B Testing
  • BONUS: Skills in SQL and Python or R programming language
  • BONUS: Understand modern data architecture
